Hi!  I'm Fran McMeekin.

I am an owner investor, buyer and seller of residential real estate as well as a property manager.  I've been in the Triad for a long time and I am passionate about Real Estate.  I know the market and I know what you’re looking for. You are busy.  Your life is full.  You have family, friends, travel, meetings, concert tickets, pets, and dinner reservations and that is just today’s to-do list.  I get it.  You don’t have time. 

But I do.  

I help my clients get to the core of their Real Estate needs, wants and wishes, and I bring back results.  I’m here for the long haul.  From your first purchase, to growing your real estate portfolio, to your luxury dream home, I believe that strong relationships and honest advice are the back bone of my business and my success.

I love North Carolina. I was born and raised in the western part of the state in a beautiful haven called Hendersonville. I currently live in the Piedmont Triad where I have been for over 20 years. I am married to a wonderful man and have 2 amazing teenage children. We thrive on each other and spending time together in our happy place - a.k.a. - anywhere outside.

I have lived in other states and have traveled all over the world, and I always come back here - to my captivating home state. From the mountains to the oceans and everywhere in between, there is a piece of paradise for everyone who lives here.
